DIE FOR NOTHING 11-M

Remembering the victims of 11-M.
Atocha station - Madrid

night is serene how many

wearing the stars with light,

and project beams of the moon

the shadows of a cross on the ground.

my ears perceive

silence of the forest and fields as usual,

flora is moistened with dew

and the crosses are covered with tears.

I look up to the zenith without

questions because I know you do not hear from so far

torn cry of pain.

the Campo Santo is also silent

and sleep away their crosses

while living death those who weep.

But Above, the stars are shining

and I doubt if that Heaven does not know.
